REFUND&RETURN POLICY


Returns Within 35 Days


Upon receiving your goods, we offer a 35-day return policy. If the item is unused and in its original packaging, you can initiate a return within 35 days of receiving it. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.


After the 35-day period, we will not provide refunds under any circumstances. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us at [email protected], and we will ensure your buying experience remains exceptional.


Product Damage


In case of any problems or damage to the product, we will either refund or replace the damaged items. Please notify us at [email protected] within 35 days of receiving the item. After 35 days, we will not be able to process any returns.


Replacement


If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a refund or replacement within 35 days of receiving the item. To do so, contact us at [email protected] and be prepared to provide photographic evidence of the manufacturing defect.


Refund Process


Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.


If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.


Refund Overdue or Lost (If Applicable)


If you haven't received your refund, please follow these steps:

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for them to officially issue the refund.

3. Contact your bank. Refunds usually require processing time.

Return


Our return policy is valid for 35 days from the date of delivery confirmation. After 35 days, we cannot provide refunds or replacements.


To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You'll need the order confirmation, sent to your email after a successful order, to complete the return process.


Please do not send the item back to the original address or mailing address. We will provide the return mailing address after you submit a return application via email.


Under certain circumstances, we may offer a partial refund, such as for items damaged due to our error or for any item returned within 35 days after delivery.

Return Processing Time


Due to a high volume of daily orders, it may take up to 14 working days to process a return from the date we receive your returned item. We will notify you via email once your return order has been processed.
